A 300+ Page Book for Proof of my Knowledge and Abilities

I wrote this book a few years ago to publish on Amazon as undeniable proof of concept for my work; I later took it down. Now, I’m offering it here for free to those who would benefit from it.

I have spent far too long trying to “stay humble” just to be ignored and shunned in an area filled with people who don’t listen and don’t even try. I’m sharing this book because I know no one else in the Florida panhandle can or would write this book. If they could, they would be working relentlessly to sell it or publicize it purely for social status.

Who this is for

If you are a real estate developer, real estate broker, banker, or some other business owner doing $1million – $10+million (preferably on the high side of that or beyond) a year in revenue, I believe when you read this you are going to want to get to know each other. Why I am sharing this

I am sharing this to show incontrovertability because I want to build my network with people who are on the same or higher level as me. I want to connect and build meaningful relationships with those who are serious about what they do and want to build something extraordinary for those they love that can be passed down for generations to come.

I do not want to meet people more interested in social status and talk.
